Gold Trial & Video Services specializes in providing legal videography, trial support, and related services. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Legal videography for depositions and trials
- Trial presentation support
- Video synchronization with transcripts
- Deposition, arbitration, and trial summaries generated by AI
- Other litigation support services
3. User Responsibilities
As a User of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our Services.
- Ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from using our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: To schedule our Services, please contact us at scheduling@goldtrialservices.com. We recommend scheduling as early as possible to ensure availability.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Fees and Payment
- Fees: Our fees are outlined and provide in pricing proposals upon request or at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for services requested beyond the original scope and are subject to change.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept check, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
6. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of legal proceedings and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of providing our Services. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Gold Trial & Video Services, including videos, presentations, and other deliverables, are the intellectual property of the Company. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Trial & Video Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Trial & Video Services, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms.
